Thread Lifting
The Non-Invasive Face Lift
It almost seems too good to be true... threadlifting is a non-surgical alternative to a facelift which is performed under local anaesthetic, so you can literally leave the clinic after an hour or two, looking dramatically younger and fresher-faced. Your skin will be lifted and tightened with long-lasting results.
This procedure is available through our Irish and Spanish clinics. It is not currently available in the UK. However, we can arrange for patients to visit either Spain or Ireland to have surgery there.
Before & After Thread Lifting

Threadlifting Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How Does it Work?
Using a special thin needle, tiny bio-compatible threads are inserted into the facial tissues beneath the skin to lift and tighten it. There is no extensive cutting away of the skin and no tell-tale facelift scars. This treatment is performed under local anaesthetic, so you can return to relax in the comfort of your own accommodation with no need for a hospital stay. The treatment is very effective on the brow, face, jaw and neck areas.
As it is much less invasive than a traditional facelift, there is far less bruising/swelling and recovery is usually very quick. You can return to normal activities within 5 days and after 10 it will be very difficult to see any trace of the procedure.
Q: Who is it suitable for?
The thread lift is a great choice for 40-50 year olds who want to freshen their skin, but are not ready for a full face lift. It is also a good option for those who are nervous about undergoing full surgery and/or are looking for a quick non-surgical alternative.
It will leave your face looking significantly fresher... so if you have noticed your skin starting to sag, or look tired, or have lost definition to your facial features, a threadlift could be an option to lift your skin and make it look fresher.
Q: What Does it Cost?
The great news is that threadlifting is much less expensive than a traditional face lift. In Spain, the charge is 550 euros per thread. Our UK Patient Care Coordinators can send your photos to our threadlifting Doctor for an assessment and a price. There would need to be a personal consultation on arrival in Spain before the procedure can be carried out.
