Terms & Conditions – these apply to cosmetic surgery and weight loss management procedures. You will sign the terms and conditions at your consultation when you receive your Personal Quotation and Patient Information Booklet. The Patient Information provides lots of useful advice about the procedure you are considering so that you can make a fully informed choice about your surgery.
Non-surgical Loyalty Card
The fourth treatment should be no more in value than the average of the three previous procedures. A patient’s Loyalty Card must be produced to the practitioner or advisor to qualify for the forth free treatment, otherwise procedure will be chargeable. Only one usage per appointment.
Online Shop Policies
All online orders require one to two business days to process before shipping. Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers. Expected delivery time is usually between 5 – 7 days. If an item is out of stock we will notify the consumer by telephone or email, we will either offer a replacement or a new date of delivery. If this is deemed unsatisfactory by the consumer they will be given a full refund.
Refund and Returns
The procedures, set out here, to cancel an order or return an item do not affect your right to reject faulty goods. Cash refunds can only be made to the payment card used to purchase the goods. As a consumer you have the right to a 14 day cooling off period where you can choose to refund the item if it is deemed unsuitable. If you wish to return the goods you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging. As soon as goods are returned to head office, a refund will be made onto the card of purchase within 3-4 working days. The cost for returning the goods will not be refunded. If an exchange is required we can re-send another item, for example send a different sized garment. The consumer will be required to return the original item, and then we will send a replacement with no additional postal charges. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
10% Off Returning Patient Discount
A patient who has already had a treatment with us will receive 10% discount if they have another treatment. Exclusions apply*.
– 10% Single Cosmetic Treatment: Discount is capped at £750
– 10% Multiple Cosmetic Treatments: Discount capped at £750
– 10% Single Bariatric Treatment: Discount capped at £750
*Does not apply to Non-Surgical patients or Dentistry patients now wanting a weight loss or cosmetic treatment. Discount cannot be applied to Non-Surgical treatments.
We will require a deposit to be paid at the time of booking your surgery date. This applies to all Cosmetic, Weight Loss and Dentistry procedures. The deposit amounts can be found below:
1 Procedure: £500 Deposit
2 Procedures: £750 Deposit
3 Procedures: £1000 Deposit
If the patient decides to cancel one procedure after their cooling off period has passed then the £500 deposit will be lost. If the patient has multiple procedures booked and cancels all of the procedures, the whole sum of the deposit will be lost.
Following registration, you may be asked to provide a deposit and we may make confidential enquiries at credit reference agencies to enable us to offer a full range of payment options for any treatment you may need. You may be able to see the enquiry on your file, but it won’t be available to any other organisation, which means that there is no impact on your credit rating, and the results will not be disclosed to any third party or member of staff in the clinic. All personal and medical information contained within this registration will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your express consent.
