After losing substantial weight through obesity surgery, Sally Price decided the face was the next thing to correct.

After her weight loss surgery Sally Price decided to have an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) to remove the sagging skin around her stomach area. However her stomach wasn't the only part of her body that she wanted to correct with cosmetic surgery. She also wanted a mini face and neck lift, and eye bag removal surgery.

As both are classed as major surgery she had them 18 months apart. Her face and neck lift was carried out in June 2009 and this was mainly to correct the saggy skin around her neck, left as a result from further weight loss. This was a big decision to make for Sally as facial surgery seemed to be more of a bigger deal as its a part of your body you cannot hide if anything did go wrong! She had her consultation with her cosmetic surgeon and he understood the look she was looking for instantly and after an extensive discussion Sally was sure this procedure was the right one for her.

After her procedure she could not believe how quickly she recovered and neither could her friends. Although Sally's facial transformation is only quite minor it has made the world of difference to her and her self-esteem.
