GLYKOPEEL® is the first chemical superficial dermatological peeling, professionally applied in 4 steps - pre-peel, peel, post-peel and mist - with sequential pH variations. The peel is available in a choice of 3 concentrations, 20%, 50% and 70% and 4 pH levels, which are chosen by our specialist Aesthetic Nurses, according to skin-type.

What is a Superficial Peel?

PRE-PEEL - purification and preparation of your skin with a solution containing 5% glycolic acid and 1% kojic acid as well as other active ingredients to purify the epidermis by eliminating dead cells and sebum and optimise the action of the peel

PEEL - application of glycolic acid exfoliating peeling solution, available in 3 glycolic acid concentrations and 4 pH levels. Your Aesthetic Nurse will recommend the right solution based on your skin type. You may feel a warm sensation as the peel works - this is normal. The keratolytic, exfoliating solution increases dermal permeability and improves penetration of stimulating active ingredients, anti-wrinkle, brown spot correctors and anti-radical protectors

MIST - The mist is a concentrate of marine agents and mineral extracts of marine algae to balance and tone the skin. The isotonic mist has a calming and moisturing effect to deliver a sensation of freshness to complete the peel process
GLYKOPEEL®'s 4 Anti-Ageing Actions
1 - EXFOLIATION
Glycolic acid purifier and brightness activator, to smooth and purify your skin. Glycolic acid is a major exfoliant that smoothes cutaneous imperfections and eliminates superficial cellular waste.
2 - PROTECTION
Mulberry, brown algae, vitamin E and glycerin to protect and soothe your skin. This combination of ingerdients encourages reconstruction of the epidermis by acting on cell regeneration. It increases the skin's defence against inflammation and free radicals and also soothes iritations.
3 - STIMULATION
Vitamins A, C and glycolic acid to regenerate your skin. Glycolic acid combined with Vitamin A and C stimulates the actino of fibroblasts and increases collagen and elastin synthesis to replenish the dermis.
4 - CORRECTION
Kojic acid, bearberry and vitamin C to energise your skin and make it more radiant. Kojic acid and bearberry extracts are depigmenting active ingredients which can reduce melanin synthesis (which gives pigmentation). Vitamin C restores brightness.

Q: Will I have any redness or peeling?
Depending on your skin type and the intensity of the peel, you may experience some redness, temporary dryness or superficial peeling/flaking. These symptoms are normal - they will diminish progressively and should disappear completely within 3 days.
Q: Can I combine GLYKOPEEL® with other treatments?
Yes - GLYKOPEEL® can be done alone but will also work well in combination with other aesthetic treatments such as Juvéderm® ULTRA fillers or BOTOX® anti-wrinkle treatment. Your Aesthetic Nurse can recommend the best combination of treatments for your skin type and personal requirements.

Anti Wrinkle Treatment
BOTOX® is a simple, non-surgical, anti wrinkle treatment that can temporarily smooth lines for both men and women. One 10-minute treatment, a few tiny injections, and within days there's a noticeable improvement in those persistent frown lines.
The treatment is a purified protein produced by the Clostridium botulinum bacterium, which reduces the activity of the muscles that cause those lines to form over time. It works by temporarily reducing the contractions of the muscles that cause persistent lines. Within days you should see an improvement that can last up to around 6 months.
