We aim to give you as much information as possible to ensure you make an informed decision about your hair restoration. You may be seriously considering surgical hair restoration or just simply exploring the various treatment options available. In each case we would encourage you to have a consultation to learn the facts for yourself and have the opportunity to discuss your own individual needs.
Medical Consultation
When you come to The Hospital Group you will receive a private pre operative consultation with one of our Patient Care Co-ordinators who will answer any questions you may have. The consultation is free of charge and you are under no obligation to proceed with any treatment.

Invest just one hour
You need only to invest an hour of your time and in return you will receive positive information regarding your hair loss from our expert Patient Care Coordinator.
Achieving the results you expect
Increasingly there are many treatment options for a given problem. We believe our treatment is consistent with achieving the desired results you expect.
Assessing your suitability
During your consultation the Patient Care Co-ordinator will assess your suitability for hair restoration and discuss the options to combat future hair loss. They will take photographs and show them to one of our hair surgeons who will consider your wishes and expectations and also your aesthetic requirements.
Using this information he will recommend an individual treatment plan to include the type of procedure required, number and size of grafts per session, number of sessions and costs. You will also be able to view photographs of our results and ask any remaining questions you may have.
Not everyone is a candidate for hair transplantation
Everyone who attends a consultation will receive a candid appraisal of what can and cannot be accomplished. Not everyone is a candidate for hair restoration and unfortunately, some people who want surgery must be turned down or delayed. We will only perform hair transplantation procedures provided we are confident of achieving our expectations.
