Cosmetic surgery to correct bags under the eyes is technically called lower blepharoplasty. The procedure removes excess skin and fat in the area beneath the eyes, to provide tauter skin.

Q: How is the procedure carried out?
The procedure is carried out under General Anaesthetic and you will stay overnight before you return home. You can expect some swelling and bruising in the first couple of weeks but can wear make-up again after a week.
