Just weeks after rumours abounded that she’d had a breast enlargement, Cameron Diaz is now alleged to have had some non-surgical treatment on her face.

The 39-year-old star sparked the rumours with an appearance at Paris Fashion Week recently, when her face looked remarkably youthful and tight, possibly due to one of several anti-ageing treatments.

An American plastic surgeon, speculating on what work Cameron may have had, said, “There’s something about Cameron Diaz’s face that is very unusual. Her forehead is excessively smooth, a possible consequence of overdone Botox injections. Her face also looks extremely shiny.

“Although I do not believe she’s had a facelift, laser treatments or chemical peels could account for her smooth, shiny skin.”

Diaz, who will turn 40 in August, has previously admitted to having a nose job in 2006, and has faced similar rumours before due to her youthful appearance.
