Figures revealed that five per cent of all pregnant women in the UK will give birth when they are morbidly obese, putting their babies and themselves at risk.

As the weekend press revealed photos of a puffy-faced Gordon Ramsay leaving an exclusive Beverly Hills hair transplant clinic just before the New Year, speculation began immediately as to what he’s had done. Rumours suggest that he’s invested in a 12-hour follicular unit hair transplant.
Although the press have criticised him because you can’t see the results yet, this is not a concern to The Hospital Group’s resident hair expert Dr Art Katona, who explains that after a hair transplant, the relocated hair follicles are stunned for a few months before they start to grow again, so you would not expect to see instant results. This is perfectly normal: “It could be 12 months before he sees the benefit,” he said. “This treatment gives a natural effect which shouldn’t be obvious to the untrained eye.”

A new study has revealed that high flying men and women are using cosmetic surgery to get ahead in their careers.
The survey showed that 30 per cent of female executives and 17 per cent of male execs have undergone various cosmetic surgery procedures to help boost their career prospects and gain confidence at work.
And a whopping 54 per cent of women and 50.6 per cent of men would consider having cosmetic treatments if it would help them to get ahead in their jobs.
