Nearly half of bosses wouldn’t employ someone with bad breath or poor teeth a survey has found.
And they readily admitted they have previously dismissed candidates because of their appearance.
The survey found 15% of wrokders have consdered having cosmetic surgery to boost their job prospects and 3% have already gone under the knife.
Cosmetic dentistry was the most popular choice, followed by breast implants and a facelift.
The study by cosmetic surgery specialists The Hospital Group revealed that a fifth of workers believe their appearance has held them back in their career.
