The latest bust enhancing bras have hit the shelves- with makers claiming to boost assets by two cup sizes. The bras use same material used in breast implants- in an attempt to give wearers maximum cleavage.  Makers claim the bra can be worn for work and then boosted for a night on the town by adding silicone pouches to push the boobs together and up.  

However, no matter how effective these bras may be, they are no replacement for the real deal.
