Description:
This is a great opportunity to join our team of enthusiastic Patient Care Coordinators in a fascinating and growing industry. The role is highly rewarding as you help your patients achieve the look they want.
You will consult patients regarding their procedures, providing comprehensive and ethical information, ensuring prospective patients are fully aware of all aspects of their surgery and are able to make well-informed decisions and choices ensuring a patient centred approach at all times by delivering a quality and efficient service to all our customers.
This is a sales-driven role and you will work towards increasing the sales volume within the company within a designated area by achieving set targets. Good organisational and selling skills are essential and you need to be a confident communicator. Experience or knowledge of Cosmetic Surgery would also be an advantage, though not essential as training will be provided.
